
Fintech and Household Inclusion
This component of the research investigates how financial technology (FinTech) influences access to and usage of financial services among Qatari households, with special attention to low-income groups and financially underserved populations.
Using nationally representative household surveys, the study analyzes digital financial behavior, trust in FinTech platforms, and the role of demographic factors such as gender, age, income, and religiosity.
The research also explores barriers to FinTech adoption, including digital literacy gaps, cultural attitudes, and infrastructure limitations. The findings are designed to support inclusive policy design and targeted financial education programs.
